There is a contract in place with our Small Business Protect packages that covers what can be expected from us and what is expected from yourself.

The contract is not designed to tie you in on a long term deal with us, in fact it’s simply on a rolling 30 days and should you need to cancel the service we just require a 30 day notice period so that we can cancel any licensing.

We want you to stay with us because you value the service we provide and because you enjoy the long chats we have on the phone.

Not because you are tied in on a long term deal with no way out.
