Everything your IT needs, looked after.

We keep on top of your systems so fewer things go wrong in the first place, from routine updates to bigger deadlines like Windows 10's end of support. When something does go wrong, it's already our problem, not yours.

UK-based helpdesk

Reach us Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, by phone, email or our support portal. Call and our average response is under 2 minutes, with everything explained in plain English. We hate jargon as much as you do.

Monitoring around the clock

Our monitoring runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If a server starts to struggle or the office loses power overnight, we know about it and can act on it.

Patch management

Security and performance updates installed across all your supported devices, so an unpatched machine never becomes the slow one or the weak spot.

Server management

Physical or cloud, your servers are monitored and maintained for uptime and performance, with data backed up to encrypted, secure storage. Routine maintenance happens outside business hours.

Desktop and laptop management

Computers kept performing at their best, despite everything a working day throws at them. Need an upgrade or a new machine? We source it through our supplier network and install it for you.

Vendor management

No more playing middle man between your software provider and your IT provider. We deal with your telecoms and software suppliers directly, which usually gets things sorted much faster.

Asset management

Purchase dates, warranties and software licences tracked and allocated properly, so nothing quietly expires or goes unused as the business grows.

Executive reporting

A clear monthly report on the work we've done, updates installed, viruses dealt with, recurring fault trends and open tickets, plus any equipment out of warranty that may need replacing.

Software and licensing

Microsoft 365, security software, backup and security awareness training, all available as part of your package and bundled into the same monthly cost.

Most things get fixed remotely, without anyone leaving their desk. For anything that's easier in person, our engineers come on-site across Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Swindon and Bristol.

A cost you can plan around.

IT support shouldn't be a line on the budget you dread opening. Support, monitoring and the software your team relies on all sit in one predictable monthly figure.

From £45 per user, per month

Every package is quoted around your business, starting from £45 per user, per month (ex VAT). Once agreed, it's a fixed fee, the same predictable amount every month.

Software included

Microsoft 365, security software, backup and security awareness training can all sit inside the same monthly figure, so there's one number to budget for instead of several.

What's quoted separately

New hardware, project work such as office moves or migrations, and anything outside Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, are priced on their own, so the monthly fee never quietly creeps up.

Switching to us, step by step.

Most small businesses are fully onboarded within two to four weeks, and we do the chasing so you don't have to.

01

Handover from your old provider

We deal with your outgoing IT provider directly to get the access and information we need, so you're not left passing messages between the two of us.

02

A full audit

We review every device, server and account, plus your network, so we know exactly what we're looking after and can flag anything that needs attention.

03

Monitoring on every machine

Our monitoring and patching software goes onto each computer and server, so updates and alerts are covered across the whole business.

04

Everything documented

Accounts, licences, network details and suppliers all written down and kept up to date, so nothing important lives only in one person's head. It's also what keeps starters and leavers painless later on.

Managed IT support, answered.

Still wondering something? Send us an enquiry below and we'll answer directly, no pitch attached.

What does managed IT support include?

Day-to-day support from our UK-based helpdesk, 24/7 monitoring, patching, server and computer management, dealing with your IT suppliers, tracking your assets and licences, and a monthly report on all of it. Software like Microsoft 365, security tools and backup can be bundled in too.

How much does managed IT support cost?

Managed IT support starts from £45 per user, per month, excluding VAT. Every package is quoted around what your business actually needs, so tell us a bit about your team and setup and we'll come back with a fixed monthly price.

What isn't included in the monthly fee?

New hardware, project work such as office moves or migrations, and work outside Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, are quoted separately. Everything else on this page, from the helpdesk to monitoring, patching and reporting, is covered by the fixed fee.

Is the price really the same every month?

Yes. Our packages are fixed fee, so you know exactly what your IT support will cost each month and can plan around it.

Is managed IT support right for a business our size?

It works best for businesses of around 5 to 50 staff, big enough that IT problems cost real time and money, but without a full in-house IT team. If you're outside that range, get in touch and we'll talk it through.

When and how can we reach the helpdesk?

Our UK-based helpdesk is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and you can reach it by phone, email or our support portal. Call us and our average response is under 2 minutes. Monitoring keeps running 24/7 outside those hours, so we still know if something goes wrong overnight.

How long does it take to switch to Atema?

Most small businesses are fully onboarded within two to four weeks. We handle the handover from your current provider, audit your systems, set up monitoring on every machine and document everything along the way.

Will maintenance disrupt our working day?

No. Routine maintenance on servers is scheduled outside business hours, so updates and checks happen without getting in the way of your team.

Can you deal with our other suppliers for us?

Yes. We'll talk to your telecoms and software providers directly, so you're no longer stuck passing messages between them and us.

Is support remote, or do you come on-site?

Both. Most things get sorted remotely without anyone leaving their desk, and we book in a visit for anything that's genuinely easier done in person, across Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Swindon and Bristol.

Ready to hand over the IT headaches?

Tell us a bit about your team and your current setup, and we'll come back with what a managed package would look like, or pick a time straight from our calendar.

“I completely, 100% trust everything I'm being told. I don't even think about IT now. It used to be an ongoing worry, constantly.”
