> Atema IT Solutions provides managed IT support, cybersecurity and cloud services for small and mid-sized businesses across the UK, including professional services, legal, accounting, health, education, hospitality and construction firms.

## Facts

- Founded in 2017 by Jack Wetson-Catt, Andy Pointer and Tanya Wetson-Catt. Jack now leads Atema day to day.
- Head office: Willow Court, Beeches Green, Stroud, Gloucestershire, GL5 4BJ, UK.
- Core on-site service areas: Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Swindon and Bristol. Also supports clients further afield across the UK, remotely by default, with trusted local hands where on-site help is needed.
- Office hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00. Out-of-hours emergency support is also available.
- Support model: remote-first for day-to-day issues, with engineers who can be on-site across the four core areas when needed.
- Clients deal directly with the team, not a ticketing queue or an outsourced call centre.
